How we write and check our questions

1. Start from the official source

For each test we first read what the test owner publishes today: the test description and blueprint (ATI for the TEAS, Elsevier for the HESI A2, officialasvab.com for the ASVAB, GOV.UK for the Life in the UK Test) or the state's current driver handbook for permit tests. Every number on our pages (questions, time, passing score, fees, age rules) links to that source, with the date we checked it.

2. Write original questions

Questions are written by us, topic by topic, in the proportions of the official blueprint. We do not copy or reword questions from other sites, apps, books or the official sample tests. Facts come from the official handbook or from reference sources (for science, open textbooks such as OpenStax); maths answers are recomputed before publication.

3. One right answer, explained

Each question has one clearly right answer (or two, when the question says "select TWO", as on the Life in the UK Test). The explanation says why, and names the part of the official material it checks, so you can go back to it.

4. Correct fast

Rules change: handbooks get new editions, fees move. We re-check the sources regularly and date every page. If you spot an error, email administration@lacangel.fr and we correct it, in the free tests and in the packs.
