Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is LACANGEL GROUP, 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, administration@lacangel.fr.

What we use, and why

• Free practice tests: no account, no sign-up, no cookie. Your answers stay in your browser.
• Purchases: the payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email address, your name as entered, the country of your card, the amount and the last 4 digits of the card; we never see your full card number. Purpose: to deliver the pack, send the confirmation email, find a lost order, handle refunds and keep the accounting records required by law (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation).
• Delivery email: sent through Resend, with your email address and the name of the pack.
• Online practice tests: your progress may be kept in your own browser's local storage so you can see your last score. It never leaves your device.
• Server logs: our server keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and to limit abuse, for no more than 30 days.

We use no advertising, no analytics service and no tracking cookies. We do not sell or rent personal data.

• Google Cloud EMEA Limited (hosting, servers in the European Union)

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union or the United Kingdom under the safeguards required by law (such as standard contractual clauses).

How long

Order data is kept for 10 years, as French accounting law requires. Server logs: 30 days at most.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy, by writing to administration@lacangel.fr. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or, in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
