Terms of sale
1. Who sells
The practice packs on passmock.com are sold by LACANGEL GROUP, SAS (French simplified joint-stock company), SIREN 995 268 018 (RCS Paris), registered office 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, represented by its president Clément Lacaille. Contact: administration@lacangel.fr.
These terms apply to every purchase made on passmock.com. By ticking the box at checkout you accept them.
2. What you buy
Each practice pack is digital content: full-length practice tests with explained answers, available online on your personal pack page and as a PDF file. The content of each pack (number of tests and questions) is described on its page before you buy.
The questions are original practice questions written by passmock from the official test descriptions and official study materials. They are not questions from the real test. passmock is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any test owner or government agency. A practice pack does not guarantee any score or result.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars for US tests and in pounds sterling for UK tests. The price shown is the total price you pay: no tax, fee or delivery charge is added at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees if your card is in another currency.
4. Order and payment
You order from the pack page: you tick the box asking for immediate access, then pay on the secure Stripe payment page (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed. Your bank statement shows "OG* PASSMOCK". The Stripe payment page may display the name of the payment account (baleines-invisibles.fr); the seller is LACANGEL GROUP.
5. Access
Access is immediate after payment: the confirmation page gives your personal pack page (online tests and PDF download), and we email you the same link. The link is personal and stays valid; do not share it. If you lose it, use find my order or email us.
You may use the pack for your own personal preparation. You may not copy, share, resell or publish it.
6. Right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once access has started, if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37; French Consumer Code, article L221-28 13°). The box you tick before paying records this request and acknowledgement; the confirmation email repeats it.
7. Faulty content
If a pack does not work, does not match its description or contains an error, write to administration@lacangel.fr. We will fix it or replace it quickly; if we cannot, we will refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights (for example under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the French Consumer Code). See the refund policy.
8. Complaints and disputes
Write first to administration@lacangel.fr: we answer every message. If you are a consumer in the European Union and we cannot solve the problem together, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, https://www.cm2c.net, online form: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
