Refund policy

Our packs are digital and you get access straight after payment, so the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once access has started (see the terms of sale, section 6). We still want every buyer to get what was promised. Here is what we do.

We fix or refund

• Faulty or not as described: the PDF does not open, the online tests do not load, a question has an error, or the pack does not contain what its page says. Tell us: we fix or replace it, and if we cannot, we refund you in full.
• Charged twice for the same pack: we refund the duplicate payment.
• Wrong pack bought by mistake (for example the wrong state): write within 7 days and we switch you to the right pack of the same price.

How to ask

Email administration@lacangel.fr with the email address used for the payment and your order number (8 characters, on the cover of the PDF and in the confirmation email). Refunds go back to the card used for the payment through Stripe; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
