The real test is oral, with open answers, and the officer stops after 12 right or 9 wrong; our questions are multiple choice so you can check yourself, so after each test also say the answers out loud. They are original questions written from the official USCIS list, which is free on uscis.gov.
Who it is for
- Permanent residents who filed Form N-400 on or after October 20, 2025 (the 2025 civics test) and want to walk into the interview prepared.

Good to know before you buy
- These are original practice questions written by passmock from the official test description and official study materials. They are not questions from the real test, and no practice pack can guarantee a result.
- The naturalization test is given by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), which publishes the official study materials for free on uscis.gov. passmock is an independent practice service: it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by USCIS or any government agency, and buying a practice pack is not required to apply or to pass.
- Want to try first? The free US citizenship practice test uses the same format and explanations.
