Each full-length practice test has the 150 scored-length questions of the real exam in the official order and sub-area proportions (reading 39, math 34, science 44, English 33) with the official 209-minute total. The real exam adds 20 unscored pretest questions (170 in all) inside the same section times, so budget about 1 to 1.5 minutes per question as on test day. Our questions are original multiple-choice items; the real exam also uses multiple-select, fill-in-the-blank, ordered-response and hot-spot items, and its adjusted score is equated by ATI, which a practice test cannot reproduce.

Which improper fraction is equal to the mixed number 2 3/5?

Answer B. Multiply the whole number by the denominator and add the numerator: 2 × 5 + 3 = 13, so 2 3/5 = 13/5. The choice 11/5 comes from 2 × 3 + 5, a common mix-up.

What is 62.5% written as a fraction in simplest form?

  1. 5/16
  2. 25/4
  3. 3/5
  4. 5/8

Answer D. 62.5% = 62.5/100 = 625/1,000. Dividing both parts by 125 gives 5/8. Check: 5 ÷ 8 = 0.625 = 62.5%.
