TEAS 7 science study guide: every science sub-area, with practice
Science is the longest section of the TEAS 7. This guide covers every science sub-area ATI lists, in proportion to how many questions each one gets.
For: Nursing and allied-health applicants with a TEAS 7 date, especially if science is your weak section.
What you get for $19, the moment you pay
- All 4 Science sub-content areas and all 27 Science objectives of ATI's TEAS 7 outline, with page space in proportion to the scored questions (18 anatomy and physiology, 9 biology, 8 chemistry, 9 scientific reasoning)
- The 11 body systems ATI names, one by one: structure, function and key-term tables, each linked to the matching OpenStax Anatomy and Physiology 2e section
- 133 original practice questions with the answer and an explanation for each: 83 in chapter sets plus a full-length Science test at real length and time (50 questions, 60 minutes, weighted like ATI's outline)
- 5 original data tables for scientific-reasoning practice (enzyme, plant growth, measurement, cooling and heating data)
- 9 'commonly confused' boxes, one per content chapter, that separate the term pairs that cost the most points
- A 4-week and an 8-week study calendar (filled-in model plus blank form), an error log and a baseline score tracker
- A one-page body-systems review sheet for the last week

Questions before you buy
Is there free material for TEAS Science?
Yes, and you should use it. ATI offers a free online practice test with 60 questions, 15 per section, with rationales, and its content outline lists every objective for free. OpenStax textbooks (Anatomy and Physiology 2e, Biology 2e, Chemistry 2e) are free online. This guide does not replace them: it turns them into a short, weighted plan with tables, practice and calendars, and links you to the exact OpenStax sections.
Is it up to date for the TEAS 7 in 2026?
Yes. It is built on ATI's TEAS Version 7 content outline and ATI's help pages, read again on 21 October 2026. Every rule about the exam is cited to ATI with the date it was checked.
Are these the real TEAS questions?
No. All 133 questions were written for this guide from the published objectives and open textbooks. They are practice items, not exam items. passmock is not affiliated with ATI.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is one PDF for a one-off payment of $19. You keep it. There is nothing to renew.
Does it work on my phone?
The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or computer. The calendars, error log and review sheet are designed to be printed, so you will get more from them on paper.
How is it different from ATI's own study guide?
ATI's TEAS Study Guide covers all four sections and includes a full practice test; the print edition is $24.99 and the eBook $19.99 on ATI's site. This guide covers Science only: every Science objective in proportion to its scored questions, a 50-question, 60-minute full-length Science test, printable plans and logs. Many learners use both.
Will this guide make me pass?
No guide can promise that. Each school sets its own TEAS cut score. What this guide does is cover every Science objective and give you a plan and practice to find and fix your weak spots.
