Questions before you buy
Isn't this information free from the CDC and NCSBN?
The rules are public and the guide links to every one of them. What you pay for is the work of finding them across 26 sources, putting them into tables in the order the NCLEX tests them, and adding 40 worked dosage problems and 80 original practice questions with rationales.
Is it up to date for 2026?
Yes. It follows the 2026 NCLEX-RN test plan (in force since April 1, 2026), the CDC isolation tables as last reviewed in September 2026, and the Joint Commission's 2026 National Performance Goals, which replaced the hospital National Patient Safety Goals in January 2026. Every source shows the date we checked it.
Are these real NCLEX questions?
No. The 80 questions are original, written by passmock from the sources cited in each rationale. NCSBN does not publish a list of drugs for the exam, so the guide teaches classes and prototypes by generic name.
How is it different from your NCLEX-RN pack and study plan?
The practice pack gives you full-length timed tests across all eight areas; the study plan gives you calendars. This guide is the content review for two areas, safety and infection control and pharmacology, with the tables to learn and the dosage calculation practice.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-off payment for a PDF you keep.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It is a PDF that opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and it prints well if you prefer to work the calculations on paper.
