TEAS 7 study plan: day-by-day 4-, 6- and 8-week schedules with score targets

Most TEAS prep tells you what to learn, not what to do on Tuesday. This plan schedules every ATI objective day by day, weighted by where the scored questions are, and gives you the logs to see what is working.

For: Nursing and allied health applicants with a TEAS 7 date or deadline, first attempt or retake.

What you get for $24, the moment you pay

  • Three day-by-day calendars: 8 weeks (48 study days), 6 weeks (36 study days) and 4 weeks (24 study days, built from your weakest sub-areas)
  • All 37 study units mapped to ATI's TEAS 7 objective codes, with the matching chapter of our Science and Reading, Math & English guides and the free resources
  • Score targets: the five ATI preparedness levels, percentile vs percentage, a worksheet for each program's minimum, and the ATI sample report read line by line
  • A points-at-stake worksheet that turns a score report or practice test into a priority list
  • Error logs to print for each of the four sections, a weekly tally sheet and pace checkpoints for every section
  • Retake rules from ATI (checked November 2026), a 3-week retake plan and an application tracker with a backward timeline
  • PDF of 38 pages to read on any device or print, with 15 official and reference sources listed and dated

Who it is for

  • Nursing and allied health applicants with a TEAS 7 date (or a school deadline) who want to know what to study each day
  • Applicants who already have study material (ATI's book, our Science or Reading, Math & English guides, a question bank) but no schedule
  • Applicants who took the TEAS once, missed their program's minimum and want a plan built from their score report
  • Applicants to several programs who need to track minimums, deadlines, attempts and transcripts in one place

Who it is not for

  • Anyone looking for content lessons or practice questions: this is a plan and a workbook; it tells you which lessons and questions to use, it does not contain them
  • Applicants to programs that ask for the HESI A2 or another entrance exam instead of the TEAS

Questions before you buy

Is there a free TEAS study plan?

Yes. ATI recommends at least six weeks and gives a short week-by-week outline on its help site, and our free TEAS study guide page has a six-week table. This PDF is the day-by-day version: three calendars (8, 6 and 4 weeks) with every ATI objective scheduled, error logs, a points-at-stake worksheet, score targets, retake rules and an application tracker to print.

Does it include practice questions?

No. It is a plan and a workbook. Each day tells you what to study and how many questions to do, and the unit map tells you where to find them: ATI's free practice test, our free TEAS questions, our practice pack, our two TEAS study guides or any book you already own.

Do I need the passmock Science or Reading, Math & English guides?

No. The plan works with any material, because every unit is named by ATI's own objective codes. If you have our guides, the unit map gives the chapter for each unit, so you open the right page each day.

I am applying to an allied health program, not nursing. Is it the same TEAS?

ATI describes one TEAS used by both nursing schools and allied health programs, and its outline names adult health science applicants as the audience. The program type you select changes the program mean and program percentile on your score report, not the test. Check your own program's minimum, which may differ from a nursing program's.

Is it up to date?

Yes. It follows ATI's TEAS 7 content outline and help pages read on 2 November 2026, including the current retake rule (ATI itself requires no waiting period; your school may).

Is this a subscription?

No. It is one PDF for a one-off payment. You keep it. There is nothing to renew.
